Please can we organize a group purchase in order to reduce the costs of paying £90 for 6 units of electric which is used to light hall and stairways. Other landlords with communal hall and stairs must surely come across this probem. Or any suggestions for cheaper companies. This was EBICO, another co.offered £88 but I was away when the offer was received and it finished on Friday?
