I found out, that a ORDER FOR POSSESSION, including order to pay £11k arrears to me doesn't appear on TRUST ONLINE search results (Registry Trust Ltd), because I didn't proceed with more court actions for the monetary award. So future Lndlds/creditors can't see this woman was taken to court. Also, for utility companies (etc etc) whom she also "knocks", she gives a similar name (wrong spellings) or completely fake one, so searches online don't throw up CCJ's either. There are calls for errant landlords to be accountable (name and shame), via database, how about nightmare tnts. Why can't we communicate with each other, or there be a database (Iike airbnb) for reporting good customers.
