Form EX97A (Bailiff Risk Assessment)

Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi,

I have just received the Form EX97A (Bailiff Risk Assessment) to complete and return.

There is a field on the form called ‘Bailiff Number’ where, according to the instructions also received, I am supposed to put the ‘Eviction Date’ in to.

Before I send this form back, I just wanted to double-check that the date I should state in here is the original Possession date that the judge ordered (which has now obviously come and come, hence the need for a Bailiff warrant)?

Perhaps its just semantics, but I haven’t actually been given an ‘Eviction date’ as such anywhere is the covering letter titled ‘Notice of Issue of a Warrant’.
