HI
I have a managment Company called "Wolfes" who have doubled the service charge in one year at a birmingham property based on future works, on replacement of windows etc. This work has still not been done despite the service charge increased last year, and which they say are outstanding, as we paid normal service charges,
we were sent no comparisons of costing by various providers and are now expected to just pay up
Is this allowable ?
