Dear Colleagues,

I would be grateful if you can explain the advantages and disadvantages of Air bnb from a host point of view? In particular, if a guest refuses to leave for any reason, what is the procedure for obtaining possession of the property (I am assuming s21 etc doesn't apply here). Any thought on this and on the level of risk/pitfalls involved for hosts will be much appreciated.
