Hello last night one of my tenants in my HMO had some bad news causing him to go on a wild rampage damaging my garden area and throwing things all over wrecking my fencing gates etc etc
He’s apologised today and also said he will make good the damage but I feel it should go on record . Should I contact the police ? What’s the best way forward ? The village would have seen him plus my tenants were worried
