Morning.

We have a tenants that has been causing a lot of problems and is moving out.

She has emailed to say that we will be expecting her official notice. How do we ask for the written one. And can we maker her amend the date to correspond with the email. How long does she have from date of notice to actually having to move out legally?

Also shined she has handed in her notice she has got the council out to asses her needs and they have told us we need to install hand rails and things they will assist her with her disability.

The property was fit for purpose when she moved in and only became disabled whilst in the property. She hasn’t asked for there in the past, only bow since she has handed her notice.

Seems like a waste of ones to install them for what might only be a couple of weeks?

Thanks for your time Adam
