HI, I am interested to hear recommendations for Landlord software for my company.

I am looking for a combined software package that performs the basic landlord functions (such as expected rent vs Actual rent, LL safety certificates, tenancy expiry dates etc) and also has an accounting module (to generate Company House Accounts and maybe Tax returns).

Software in the market tends to be either landlord focussed or accounting focussed - and I cant seem to find something that does both.

I have no issues paying for the service but I do want an integrated approach and maybe that eventually facilitates making tax digital.

Please let me know any recommendations from your experiences.
