Modern method of Auction. Greedy Estate Agents are increasingly using companies such as Iamsold to sell properties with buyer fees of 4.2% with a minimum fee of £6000.00. Since the government banned letting fees why is it ok to rip of both seller and purchasers with these schemes? The RNLA need to lobby the government to get such schemes banned ! The seller loses out because the buyer puts in a lower offer. The agent gets 50% of the fees !
