I have just been reading the recent ardticle about GDPR on a recent NRLA email/news letter and subsequently more reading on the NRLA website. I have not given this a thought before but I will of course register with the ICO and pay my registration fee. More red tape/more cost etc etc but my main question is: should every tenant need to register with the ICO as they hold personal data about the landlord ? if not why not. grateful for any observations from fellow members or NRLA staff.
