We had some defective work done on a conservatory roof. It had to be fixed. The original work cost £4k. This was putting a solid roof onto a conservatory. We have reports from local Building Control proving that the work was faulty. We had plans drawn up to do this properly and the original tradesman refused to do it in accordance with the plans. Got new company in to fix it and that cost about £4k. Now need to recover the original 4k
