NRLA celebrates new awards success

The NRLA is celebrating new awards success, picking up three industry gongs at last night's Landlord Investment Show (LIS) Awards.

Association Chief Executive Ben Beadle was named Industry Hero 2023, with the association also named Best Product for Landlords and Best Property Education Provider.

The news comes just weeks after the association scooped three accolades at the Association Excellence Awards, where Ben picked up the Association Leadership Award.

The annual LIS Awards celebrate the 'shining stars of the landlord and property investment sector and Ben said he was delighted the organisation had been recognised in this way.

He said: "The awards we received are testament to the hard work of everyone in the organisation in creating a truly member-first association.

"We have invested heavily in our training department, increasing the number of courses on offer and the technology and expertise needed to deliver them, and I am delighted the training team has got the recognition it so richly deserves.

"Landlords are under more pressure than ever, with chronic undersupply in the sector and legislation change on the horizon and I am delighted the NRLA is able not only to support members through this time of uncertainty, but also represent them at the very highest level to ensure changes are fair to those providing the vital homes to let that this country so desperately needs."
