The Big Question: Do you plan to diversify your portfolio?
With a raft of legislation change on the cards and a challenging economic environment many of you are looking to improve the performance of your portfolios – and spread the risk – by diversifying.
Anecdotal evidence is backed up by the findings of a recent NRLA survey which showed 40% of you said you had, or were planning to, purchase commercial property.
Of course, commercial property is not your only option, you could choose to branch out into student lets, HMOs, serviced accommodation or holiday rentals.
We are asking you whether you have begun to diversify – or are considering doing so – as part of our next Big Question for NRLA members’ magazine Property.
