Call of the Week: Access for electrical safety inspections

This month the advice team have dealt with a number of calls relating to the new Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector legislation.

One such call we received was from a member who wanted to know what to do, as their tenant is currently not allowing him (the landlord) or an electrician, access to the property.

The advice
