Commonhold reform: The future of flat ownership?

Plans intended to make it easier for homeowners to jointly own the buildings they live in have been published this week. The proposals form part of the Government’s leasehold reforms and outline plans to expand the use of commonhold, its preferred replacement for leasehold.
