Course of the month: Renters' Rights Act
Our Renters' Rights Act training is the most popular course offered by our award-winning training academy, with thousands of you signing up since it was introduced back in 2024.
With the first phase of the Act now implemented, we know from the calls coming in to our landlord support team that many of you still have questions over rules around new periodic tenancies and the new section 8 possession grounds, as well as other changes introduced under the new legislation.
That's why there's no better time to sign up for the course, which will help you develop a better understanding of:
- The changes to the law and what you need to do to be compliant.
- Fundamental changes to landlord obligations, including new notice requirements and the transition to assured tenancies.
- How the Act has enhanced tenant rights and protections.
- The process you must now follow to end a tenancy following the abolition of Section 21.
- Penalties you may face if you fail to comply with the new law.
