The most important piece of legislation for landlords and agents in decades is almost upon us. The Renters’ Rights Bill is now at report stage, and it is critical that landlords and agents keep up to speed on how it is progressing ahead of Royal Assent.
The Bill will bring about fundamental changes to the private rented sector, including altered grounds for possession, a new PRS database, new standards for private rented homes and much more.

The Bill is now expected to receive Royal Assent in Autumn, after the summer recess.
