- Conduct fire risk assessments to protect both your tenants and your property from fire.
- Apply practical fire safety measures using guidance from the LACORS (Local Authorities Coordinators of Regulatory Services) fire safety guide.
- Determine when a fire risk assessment is required, who should complete it, and how it should be conducted.
- Implement the practical steps needed to protect your property and tenants from fire risk.
