International Women's Day: Join the celebrations

Sally Walmsley 28 January 2026

A special event to mark this year’s International Women’s Day will be hosted by the NRLA this March.

This day-long celebration at the Lowry Hotel in Salford, to be held on March 5, follows our sell-out event in London last year and will bring together women from across the sector to share their experiences and celebrate successes in a safe and supportive environment.

Speakers will including inspirational female landlords, developers and entrepreneurs, along with industry experts and inclusion and diversity specialists, who will explore the opportunities open to female landlords, the challenges they face and the role they play in shaping the industry.

There will also be an all-female panel session where you can find out more about the work the NRLA is doing on key issues such as the Renters’ Rights Act, energy efficiency and Making Tax Digital.

Offering valuable insights – whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting out – the event will offer you the opportunity build connections with like-minded women and enjoy an afternoon tea, as well as refreshments throughout the day.

Hosted by our chief marketing officer Carla Johnson, and sponsored by NRLA partners Total Property, LRG and RentGuarantor, the event will also address ways in which we can support and elevate the women in property on an ongoing basis.

The event will run from 10am-3.45pm.

Tickets cost £15, with all money raised to be donated to official International Women’s Day charities.
