We've been busy upgrading your member forum, and we're excited to show you what's new. Say hello to NRLA Connect Community
Why the change?
We're constantly looking at ways to improve your experience as a member, and make it even easier for you to access the information you need.
What's different?
NRLA Connect Community transforms how you engage with fellow members. You can now create a profile with a picture and there is even an 'about me' section, so you're not just another anonymous username. Feel free to share as much, or as little, as you like.
The communication options have also expanded. Instead of just 'liking' posts, you can now use emoji reactions to show exactly how you feel. You can quote other members' messages, and when someone gives you helpful advice, you can mark their reply as a 'solution'.
Adding content is much more flexible too. You can now upload images, videos, GIFs and add clickable links to your posts. You can also use the @ symbol to directly communicate with fellow members.
What's in it for you?
Beyond the enhanced posting features, the platform offers practical tools to help you stay organised. Bookmark posts you find useful for easy reference later and keep track of every topic you've started or contributed to through your activity history.
The notification system means you'll never miss responses to your posts or updates on discussions you're following. You can also 'watch' conversations to stay informed without actively participating.
Direct access to the NRLA
We'll be using the platform to engage directly with you through polls and Q&A sessions. It's also where you can provide feedback to help us improve the platform further.
