NRLA launches podcast

The NRLA is launching a new podcast “Listen Up Landlords” to bring you the very best information, insight and analysis when it comes to renting homes, along with practical advice on how to make the best of your properties.

The monthly podcast will cover a wide range of topics impacting landlords, the private rented sector and the wider housing market.

Hosted by NRLA Chief Executive Ben Beadle and broadcaster and NRLA regional representative Richard Blanco, episode one looks at the latest on the Renters’ Reform Bill, recent calls to the NRLA advice line and shares expert advice from  interior designer and TV presenter, Sian Astley.

Commenting on the new podcast, Ben Beadle CEO of the National Residential Landlords Association said:

“With more than 10 million people in the UK listening to podcasts each week, it’s a great way to get our voice out there, to support members and to share landlords’ experiences.

“As we move further into 2021, we look forward to working with expert guests to create a valuable and entertaining show for landlords, to encourage debate and conversation on issues affecting us all.”

Listen Up Landlords will be available soon on all popular podcast platforms including Apple podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts as well as the NRLA website.

Listeners can also stay up to date with Listen Up Landlords by subscribing, which means new episodes will be updated, as soon as they are available.
