Our exclusive NRLA Portfolio system is now bigger and better than ever, with the roll out of key financial features making it even easier for you to manage your properties via your NRLA account.
For those of you who aren’t already in the know, NRLA Portfolio is a property management platform, designed exclusively for NRLA members, allowing you to set up new tenancies, manage your properties and keep track of key compliance obligations.
Even better, its core functionality is completely free as part of your NRLA membership and is backed by trusted NRLA resources, support and expertise, saving you time and money.
What exactly is on offer?
The new, improved Portfolio allows you to:
- Connect your bank accounts to manage transactions and keep track of rent payments
- Access NRLA compliance arm Safe2, which is fully integrated with Portfolio and will allow you to order safety certificates at the click of a button.
- Manage your tenancies, keeping track of which properties are currently being rented and by whom.
- Keep all your documents in one place and set key dates to make sure you’re notified when you need to renew them.
- Get reminders for actions and add your own tasks to an online ‘to do’ list.
- View new tenancy applications and send out tenancy agreements with ease.
- Make communicating with potential and existing tenants easier than ever using our messaging system.
- Stay up to date on the latest landlord announcements.
We are also developing a Making Tax Digital (MTD) service ahead of the first landlord deadline next year, ensuring you have access to all the tools and support you need, allowing you to submit tax returns directly to HMRC in line with the new rules.
In addition to this we will be integrating property advertising services, allowing users to advertise their property on major portals and manage the full lifecycle of tenant-find within the Portfolio system.
