Renters’ Rights Webinar – Possession

With the Renters’ Rights Act abolishing Section 21, the so-called ‘no fault’ eviction, the latest in our webinar series outlines the Section 8 process you must now need to follow. You'll hear about the updated Section 8 grounds under which you can regain possession as well as how to use them and what to expect if your case goes to court.,  

We will also discuss new notice periods, the threshold for the mandatory rent arrears and transitional arrangements for existing tenancies.

We will also have a question and answer session at the end of the webinar, where we respond to your queries.
