Renters Reform Bill - Frequently asked questions

Over the last few weeks, we have been running webinars for members to learn more about our proposals for the Renters Reform Bill. You can access recordings of the webinars here.

With the Government committed to abolishing Section 21, or so-called ‘no fault’ evictions, the NRLA is calling for comprehensive reforms to the rights of possession that are fair to landlords and tenants. In this article we answer some frequently asked questions that members had discussed at the webinars, as well as provide more information on how you can get involved in sharing your feedback

Members can read more information on the NRLA’s Renters' Reform Bill proposals here.
