Renters’ Rights Act: New webinar series announced
The Renters’ Rights Act has now moved into law and, while we are yet to get confirmation of the implementation date, there is no better time to ensure you are prepared for the changes up ahead.
We have a comprehensive collection of documents, guides and training options to support you through this period of transition - including a new programme of webinars to help you prepare.

The new private rented sector database and landlord ombudsman
Date: 10th December
Time: 11am – 12pm
Enforcement elements of the Act will be the first to come into force, from 27th December this year. Find out what is changing in terms of local authority enforcement, as well as what’s coming in the future, including mandatory registration on a private rented sector database and with a landlord ombudsman.
