Renters’ Rights Bill and student tenancies

The Renters’ Rights Bill is set to introduce significant changes to tenancies in England, and student landlords are likely to be particularly impacted. Amongst other things, the legislation will, when implemented, change the way tenancies can be ended, which is likely to restrict accommodation options for students.
