The latest Landlord Eye survey will be heading to your inbox soon, giving you the chance to share your views on the issues shaping the private rented sector – and be in with a chance of winning £250 in John Lewis vouchers.
Some members will receive an invite this weekend, others next weekend.
Our Landlord Eye surveys give the power to voice your opinions and share your thoughts on a range of issues affecting you and your portfolio, with responses helping to inform our campaigns work and policy positions.
What We're Asking
This edition focuses on key areas currently impacting landlords:
Landlord confidence – we want to understand what factors are shaping your outlook for the sector and your business decisions.
The Renters' Rights Act – how are you preparing for the changes ahead, and what concerns do you have about implementation, given that we are still awaiting clarity from the Government?
Property standards and certification – we're asking about the practical difficulties landlords face in obtaining the necessary certifications and meeting regulatory requirements.
Special topic: Leaseholders and freeholders – this survey includes questions about the challenges landlords are experiencing with landlord insurance, particularly for those letting leasehold properties.
Budget fears – with just days to go until the Budget, we want to know what your biggest concern is and how you think it might impact your business.
Members who fill out the survey using the email link will be automatically entered into a prize draw, with the winner scooping £250 of John Lewis vouchers.
