New Landlord Eye survey launched this weekend

The first of our new Landlord Eye research reports proved to be a big hit  with more than 1,300 of you filling out the inaugural survey - with the second set of questions now in your inbox.

Our mission is to encourage you to voice your opinions and share  your thoughts on a range of issues affecting you and your portfolio - with a £250 John Lewis of for grabs for one lucky entrant.

The second survey is asking questions on issues including minimum energy efficiency standards, the Renters’ Rights Bill and the latest Making Tax Digital plans.

Responses will then be analysed to give us a clear picture of your thoughts and opinions.

This, in turn, is used to inform our campaigns work.

Concerned

The first Landlord Eye report found landlords are as concerned about MEES than they are about the RRB.

“The first edition of Landlord Eye proved to be an illuminating experience for the NRLA and our members,” said Nick Clay, Head of Research.

“With so much change and uncertainty in the industry at the moment, it is really useful to see where landlords are feeling the pressure.

Prize

Members who fill out the survey using the e-mail link sent to them by email will be entered into a prize draw, with the winner scooping a prize of £250 of John Lewis vouchers.

The survey can also be accessed on our homepage here, although those who answer questions via the website will not be entered into the draw.
