Renters’ Rights: Top housing officials to join exclusive NRLA webinar
Senior Civil Servants from the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) will speak exclusively to NRLA members at a Renters’ Rights webinar this week.
Deputy directors for the PRS, Ross McInnes and Guy Horsington will attend Wednesday’s webinar, the final of the series ahead of implementation of the first phase of the Act on Friday.
Ross, who is deputy director for strategy, security & standards (private rented sector) and Guy, deputy director for PRS housing redress and regulatory systems, will give a presentation on the changes up ahead and answer key questions on the new legislation and what it means.
The NRLA's head of policy James Wood will also deliver a presentation reminding you of what you need to do to stay compliant. He will then take your questions on the Act.
