Webinar: The Renters’ Rights Act Q & A – Student Tenancies

Running from 11am to 12pm

Our webinars on the Act have proved hugely popular.

Student landlords will be some of the hardest hit by the new legislation, particularly the loss of the fixed term, the introduction of a new student possession ground – for HMOs only and changes when it comes to taking rent in advance. This webinar will give you vital hints and tips to deal with the changes.

Our webinars on the Act have proved hugely popular – informative and engaging, and this one, about pets, promises to be the same.
