June sees a couple of NRLA On Tour events as well as  regional meetings across the country.

Kingston Landlord Forum – 4th June – 7.30pm-9.30pm

Venue: The Guildhall, Kingston upon Thames

This is an excellent time to learn more about the regulatory changes within the industry, with the Renters’ Rights Bill going through the House of Lords and the Government also proposing controversial changes to the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard.

You will also receive valuable advice about how to manage and grow your portfolio, as well as the chance to share your experiences with others during a networking session.

NRLA On Tour – London – 11th June – 10.30am – 3.pm

Venue: DoubleTree by Hilton London Elstree, Borehamwood

These events are always popular for our members, who can attend free-of-charge. There will be interactive sessions where you can ask questions about the latest legislative updates and how they relate to your business.

There will be a full range of exhibitors in attendance, with Safe2, the NRLA Training Academy, Aspray, Tradepoint, Living Redefined, Leaders Roman Group, TDS, Total Property, Tapi and Litta on hand to show you how their products can help your business.

Walsall Landlord Forum – 12th June – 11am – 2pm

Venue: Manor Farm Community Association, Rushall

Weekend NRLA On Tour – 14th June – 10am – 3.30pm

Venue: The Lowry Hotel, Salford

Join our team for the first weekend NRLA On Tour event of the year. It will be a day packed full of expert speakers and panel discussions. The NRLA’s chief executive Ben Beadle will be there to share how he thinks best to navigate changes in the industry.

Our NRLA On Tour heads to Yorkshire for another packed afternoon where we will  share the latest policy updates and  industry insights from seasoned professionals.
