Calling all landlords – share your fire safety assessment experience

The NRLA needs your input to help inform our response to  the proposed new Building Safety Bill in Wales.

We have created a short, three-minute survey for landlords who will be affected by the plans and will use your responses as part of our written evidence on the bill's financial and operational effects, to the  Senedd's Local Government and Housing Committee.

What the bill means for you

The Building Safety Bill, which is similar to legislation already introduced in England, places new legal responsibilities on building owners and managers, covering fire and building safety maintenance in all multi-occupied residential buildings with two or more units.

With the legislation expected to become law in 2027, it’s essential   you share any concerns and raise any questions.

To answer the survey ahead of the 13th August deadline, click here.
