Renters’ Rights webinar – Making sure your existing tenancies are compliant

We are past the 1^st  May deadline and the Renters’ Rights Act is now in force. If you are still unsure about what you need to do now when it comes to your existing tenancies, you won't want to miss our next webinar.

Under the Renters' Rights Act, fixed-term assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs) have been abolished and replaced with assured periodic tenancies (APTs).

In this webinar, you will be able to ask questions about how existing tenancies are affected - including what happens to scheduled rent increases, Section 21 notices that have already been served and the end of rent in advance.

We will also cover the importance of the Government information sheet which must be given to your existing tenants by the end of the month.

Getting this right matters. Fines for non-compliance range from £7,000 to £40,000 — so the stakes are high.
