Your chance to tell us how the PRS is working in Wales

Sanjeev Shetty 3 July 2024

The NRLA is looking for landlords who rent property in Wales to participate in the next stage of an in-depth study looking at the state of the PRS in Wales.

We are seeking volunteers for an online focus group on 18 July. Among the topics you will be asked about during the one-hour session, will be how best to encourage landlord investment from new and existing landlords and the most effective ways to raise property standards.

This is an uncertain time for landlords, with the study asking crucial questions less than two weeks after the general election, with the answers you give used to shape the questions we will go on to ask the new government.

The NRLA’s research into the PRS in Wales is into the third stage, with the results of the first two stages available in the “Special Reports” section of our website.

The focus group will run from 9.30am. To register to get involved, please click here.
