1

Four agents, one fee

Four of the best local agents market your property at the same time and compete for the buyer, for a single sole-agency-equivalent fee

2

No tie-in

No 12-week lock-in. Agents who aren't bringing viewings are rotated out, the ones bringing buyers stay on.

3

Built for ex-rentals

Tenanted, tired or empty, we sell the properties most agents find awkward. One Flyp coordinator handles every viewing request, so your tenant deals with one person, not four agents.

4

Keep earning while you sell

Property empty? We place occupants under licence, not a tenancy, on four weeks' notice. You earn rent until exchange and still sell with vacant possession.

5

Viewings that always look their best

We're in the home before each viewing, cleaning and dressing, so 99% of viewings are flawless and buyers see a property worth full value.

6

Improvements funded where they pay back

Where a refurbishment clearly adds more than is costs, Flyp funds it. No upfront cost, no project management for you.

Four agents. One fee. Income until you exchange.

About Flyp

Landlords selling today are being asked to choose between an empty property and a discounted sale. Hamptons' 2026 analysis of Connells Group sales found landlord buyers paying under 90% of asking price on average, with more than half of investor offers coming in 10% or more below. On a £300,000 rental, that gap is worth more than £20,000.

Flyp exists to remove the choice. We're a sales marketplace: instead of one agent on a tie-in, four of the best local agents market your property at once and compete for the buyer, for one sole-agency-equivalent fee. We sell hundreds of homes at any one time through a network of more than 4,800 agents, and we've become specialists in the awkward end of the market: tenanted, tired and empty homes.

The results are measurable. Across Flyp sales, the agent who found the buyer was not the agent who gave the highest valuation 86% of the time. 54% of sales attracted two or more offers. And 79% of accepted offers came from first-time buyers, the group that pays closest to asking price.

Things landlords ask us

Is Flyp an estate agent?

No. Flyp is a marketplace that puts four of the best local estate agents to work on your property at the same time, manages them for you, and rotates out any that aren't performing. You get the reach of multi-agency at the cost of sole agency.

Do I pay more for four agents?

No. You pay a single sole-agency-equivalent fee. Because agents receive a steady flow of instructions from Flyp rather than having to win each one, they work for less than their normal rate.

Can I sell with tenants in place?

Yes. Tenanted sales are a Flyp speciality: one coordinator manages every viewing request across every agent, and we price and market the property for the buyers most likely to pay full value, whether that's investors or owner-occupiers.

What happens if the property is empty?

Flyp's rent-while-you-sell service places occupants under licence rather than a tenancy, on four weeks' notice, so you keep earning until exchange and can still sell with vacant possession.
