Why Ending A Tenancy correctly matters?
Since Section 21 no longer applies, ending a tenancy properly matters more than ever. Failing to protect the deposit, making a mistake in the Section 8 notice, or not having enough evidence of tenancy breaches can all lead to delays, or even a court case being thrown out entirely.
From common pitfalls to properly served notices and preparing for court, this course gets you ready to end a tenancy correctly, if and when you need to.
