Conditions for Use of the Post-Nominal Letters “MNRLA”

Successful learners may be eligible to use the post-nominal letters MNRLA, subject to the following conditions:

Qualification Requirement
The individual must have successfully completed an approved Level 3 (L3) recognised by the organisation.

Membership Requirement
The individual must hold and maintain active membership status with the organisation at all times while using the post-nominal letters.

Application Requirement
Eligible individuals will be recognised by our system upon successful completion.

Verification and Approval
All applications are subject to verification by the organisation. This includes confirmation that:

    • The qualification has been successfully achieved;
    • Membership is active and in good standing; and
    • Any required declarations or payments have been completed.

Successful applicants will be:

    • Added to the official Post-Nominals Register; and
    • Issued with confirmation, including any applicable digital badge or certificate.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Individuals using the MNRLA designation must complete and maintain the required annual CPD activities as determined by the organisation. This may include:

    • 12 CPD hours per year following the year of completion
    • A combination of structured and unstructured learning activities; and
    • Submission of CPD records through the organisation’s online CPD log or portal. See accreditation

The organisation reserves the right to conduct random audits and request supporting evidence of CPD activity.

Annual Renewal and Ongoing Eligibility
Eligibility to use the post-nominal letters will be reviewed annually. Continued use is dependent upon:

    • Active membership status; and
    • Compliance with CPD requirements.

Where CPD requirements are not met, the organisation may:

    • Issue reminders or warnings;
    • Temporarily suspend the right to use the post-nominal letters; or
    • Remove the individual from the Post-Nominals Register until compliance is restored.

Misuse of Post-Nominals
The organisation reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the MNRLA designation where:

    • False or misleading information has been provided;
    • Membership lapses or is terminated;
    • CPD obligations are not met; or
    • The individual breaches the organisation’s Code of Conduct or professional standards.

Organisational Discretion
The organisation reserves the right to amend the eligibility criteria, CPD requirements, renewal process, or conditions of use of the MNRLA designation at any time.
