Join us for this landlord and letting agent meeting jointly organised by Coventry City Council and the NRLA at Coventry Rugby Club on Wednesday 13th March 2024. A light buffet will be served on this occasion.

Are you concerned about what's going on in the private rented sector in Coventry? Come and learn about the forthcoming Consultation on the renewal of the Additional Licensing Scheme across Coventry City from 2025 and also hear the latest news and proposed new national legislation for private landlords together with other local initiatives and activities of interest.

Please enrol well in advance for this event in order to plan for anticipated numbers and for catering requirements!

Council officers will discuss the consultation process which commences on 27th February and their initial proposals plus other Local Authority Initiatives & Updates – Coventry City Council Officers
