Hi. I earn 47k in my full time job. I'm about to rent out my first home for gross £950/m. The property is fully owned, mortgage paid off. This new additional income will send me over 50k tax threshold I believe. Am I missing anything? What can I do to stay under the 50k tax threshold please? Thanks.
