Good morning,

I perviously asked for Electric condition report for the the house. It was refused and recommended I changed the consumer unit from plastic to metal as it was at the bottom of the stairs and only escape route. ( the house 8 years old). Three years later, a new tenancy starting soon, with certificate mandatory, I changed the consumer united and the electrician has issues a Domestic Electrical installation certificate. My estate agents says it will not suffice. My electrician says it does.

Who is correct?

Thanks
