Anyone having trouble accessing Credit Check service?

Tried for many hours to access the Credit Check service. Tried one phone number of help desk ...the guy had no idea wasn't his area.
Given another phone number to try that person also had no idea either..wasn't their area as its outsourced now. Passed back to the switch where I listened in vain to press 1 to 7. None of which worked despite me trying 4 times. Am I frustrated,,u betcha. Have I managed to access the Credit Checking service...er no.
Should I try again tomorrow those above avenues....to get the same unhelpful results....

Just asking has anyone else tried to access the CREDIT Check service and failed?
Very disappointed that because the service is outsourced that no-one back at base cared that I was 'disappointed'.
Dunno owt about it, seemed an un-acceptable response.
