Hi,

We use letting agents to find tenants and then we self-manage. The agents are pretty hopeless for tenancy agreements and renewals: slow, inconsistent and not confidence-inspiring.

Is there a service for landlords to outsource this? Ideally, it should be largely automated and use documents that are always compliant with the law, best practice etc. It could automate notices and manage the whole doc side of the business.

We can see lots of apps and services to manage tenancies on a day-to-day basis and that NRLA has template docs etc but we want more than this. Goodlord seem to do it but only via letting agents.

Any pointers would be much appreciated.
