Hi,
We have a tenant who has come to the end of a 6 month AST and recently gave us her notice. We are planning to sell the house and about to put on the market. Our tenant has now said that she would like to stay a bit longer as hasn't found new home yet. If we allow her to stay past notice date, will this cause us a problem when we need her to leave. We want to be helpful but don't want to leave ourselves open to problems.
Please would you let us know what rights our tenant will have and our rights.
