Recommendation for Electrician to carry out EICR testing in E. London

Hi everyone. I am applying to my local authority for licensing to run an HMO in London E14.
I am looking for recommendations for a reliable/trustworthy electrical contractor to do an Electrical Installation Condition Report.
There are plenty of firms advertising online for this service but I'm advised there are plenty of "sharks" out there and many of the firms advertising are just "middlemen".
