Hi, I have a couple of properties in periodic tenancies, that were previous ASTs. I will be raising the rent on these properties and was wondering if I need to start a new tenancy for them or is there a form I can use for the tenancy to continue in its current form but with a rent increase. I have spoken with the tenants and they are aware of my intentions and as yet have no objections to the increase.
