Agents keep overpricing using their contractors

I was charged £66 by my agents to replace a light bulb for the tenants. Is there anywhere I can get redress for this.

I have also asked that their agent (management company of choice) takes photos of job before and after but they have not complied. I am getting weary - what are my options for redress?
