This is just a general enquiry to see if there are any landlords who are looking to buy a rental property.
I am looking to sell my 2 bed terrace rental property that i have rented out since 2008 and which has never had any empty periods. Located in the North East close to shops ,university and large hospital. Excellent rental area and currently has a 6.5%yeald. Could be more, its just that i have chosen not to increase my rental charges for the last 7 years. Can be with or without current tenants.
Selling due to health issues.
