Hi there. trying to end a contract with a Letting Agent as they have been dire. However, they want to charge £600 exit fee (which is in the T&C's). I am trying to find a breach of contract and have found a couple of things that may allow me to leave, however i am unsure
  1. - they charged VAT on VAT in the initial statement.
  2. - they had other people's confidential details on my portal, which they say is down to a system error.

3- they have charged a regulation which they refuse to refund, even though the Branch Manager has requested this from the Accounts team.

Any help appreciated, just looking for a way to end this hell!
Thankyou
Blade
