Does the letting agent keep all the paperwork on referencing, Right to Rent etc.,. and only supply me with a copy of the TA. Or should i get a copy of all relevant info. I was worried incase it was needed in an insurance claim if ever there was one. Does anyone have an opinion or experience to share. Thanks.
