I let out a house with several tenants. I have emigrated so managing the property isn't easy for me any more. I have agreed informally that one of my tenants, who I trust, will manage the property in exchange for a discounted rent.

How can I formalise this arrangement? Should I draw up a new tenancy agreement with extra clauses, or will a side agreement suffice? What should we put in writing?
